Villa Nirvana – Luxury Villa in Terres Basses, Sint Maarten

Terres Basses is the most sought-after residential address on the island: a gated peninsula on the French side with no through traffic, private beaches at either end, and a quietness that's hard to find elsewhere in the Caribbean.
