How It Works

Before your trip
We send a short brief about what you are after: family week, honeymoon, anniversary, group trip with teenagers, a few quiet days between meetings. We use the brief to recommend the villa, the shape of your week, and the services worth pre-booking.
The week before
Your dedicated concierge confirms the schedule, makes the reservations, orders the grocery stock, and arranges airport pickup. You arrive to a stocked kitchen, a working schedule, and someone to call if anything changes.
During your stay
Your concierge is on call. Restaurant changed plans, weather shifted the boat day, kids want a private snorkelling trip instead of the planned tour. We adjust on the fly, day or night, until you fly home.

When can I start working with my concierge?

As soon as your booking is confirmed. We typically reach out within 48 hours with a short planning brief. For peak-season weeks (December through April) we recommend starting earlier, since the best restaurants and charter boats book out weeks in advance.
Can the concierge arrange a private chef in our villa?

Yes. Private chefs are one of our most-requested services. We work with a roster of independent chefs on the island, from straightforward family meals to multi-course tasting nights. Tell us the dates and any dietary requirements; we send menu options and confirm cost before booking.
What does grocery pre-stocking cost?

We charge the cost of the groceries themselves plus a flat handling fee, with no markup on the items. You send us a shopping list (or pick from a starter list we provide); the kitchen is stocked before you arrive. Typical pre-stocks for a week run $200 to $600 depending on group size.
Can you organise yacht charters or day trips to St. Barths?

Yes. Day charters and longer trips to Anguilla, St. Barths and the surrounding islands are among the most popular requests. We work with local crews and boats from 30 to 60+ feet. Price depends on the boat, the date and the route. Half-day, full-day and overnight options are available.
Is the concierge available 24/7 during our stay?

Yes, for emergencies and same-day changes. For non-urgent planning we keep regular hours but answer most messages within an hour or two. You have a direct phone number and WhatsApp for your dedicated concierge once your stay begins.
